@cocofiere So you can take the powder products on board with you? I had no idea, that makes things simpler. Thanks so much!

It is really interesting, especially because i was looking for

my good luck to see such great video. A big clap that i would

My fave travel-friendly palette has to be The Balmbini from TheBalm. I got 3 of them on sale (gave one to my SIL when she commented on how great I looked). 2 blushes, 2 eyeshadow, 1 highlighter, a lipstick and a gloss and a big mirror in something no bigger than a CD case. Brushes, foundation and mascara and you’re set! Took it on a week long trip with almost nothing else and had everything I needed.

How can I organize my nail polishes because I know they are supposed to be standing up … Any cute ideas?

SHE IS FRIGGING GORGEOUS.

@pattifudge I know I’m not her, but she does have a video on this product. Smashbox photo op mega palette. check qvc it’s $100 on there. Or check eBay, I just purchased one for $70. All you need is that palette brushes and foundation. Please search it on here and find her video. This product is amazing!

I know it is difficult to answer so many questions, but could you please recommend an “All-In-One” Make-up Palette for travel? One like the Malley Palette you mentioned in this video, one with blushes, shadows, etc. I travel frequently for work and lugging all kinds of make-up can be quite heavy! Thank you and the best to you in the New Year!

My mum was in the U.S. recently and bought me the Tarte Eye Couture palette. I LOVE it so far – its so beautiful. She also gave me some other Sephora products that I am enjoying too (brushes, highlighter pen, blush). We don’t have a Sephora here (and they dont ship to Oz) so its a real treat!

Kurbie1987 @ 6:51 pm #

that coastal scents palette has 6 sections of 6 colours but how do you use 6 colours in one look? I hardly can work with 4 but it starts to look muddy.

Cargo’s 7 in 7 is a great kit for travel. It has everything you need to do your face except foundation.

ImmaBluestar @ 7:42 pm #

Thanks for the vid! I also love Stila’s Daydream palette as a travel palette. What do you think of it?

sprinklypancakes @ 8:05 pm #

@freckleo2 If you can fit it into a bubble mailing envelope (from any office or drugstore) and take it in your carry-on tote/purse, it should be okay. I always take my important powder makeup in a gallon clear zip-lock style bag for security scanning then put it in the padded mailer once I get to the gate. I take a tote style purse as my carry-on (that can fit under the seat, NOT overhead where it’ll get knocked around) so I can keep it secure. Hope that helps!

I also nominate the physicians formula shimmer strips. it’s not exactly a palette but it’s a nice compact and fabulous 9 shades of eyeshadows in a tiny package. the packaging is really durable too. and best of it, if it breaks, i can go buy another one at a drugstore for $10. i don’t have the heart to travel with my $50 UD N2 because i would cry if it broke.

Does anyone have any tips on protecting your powder products when flying? I want to take my Inglot 20 shadow palette with me overseas but am worried about the shadows breaking, crumbling etc. after previous experiences. How can I ensure as little damage as possible?
