How To Save On Lip Gloss And Mascara
It’s in every woman’s nature to want to look good. Dresses, shoes, bags, and makeup: these are only some of the things she often buys to help her create the look she wants to project. But, with the costly prices of almost everything today, beauty paraphernalia included, she’d rather choose to save more money – even if it means sacrificing some of her favorite beauty items – than lose her hard-earned savings to things such as makeup and shoes.
However, beauty doesn’t have to hurt the pockets. There are a lot of easy-to-do tricks she can apply in order to save more money and still stay beautiful.
As for makeup, here is one of the many ways she can do to avoid buying often.
Try This And Save More Than $50 On Lip Gloss And Mascara
When she runs low of lip gloss, lipstick or mascara, she shouldn’t be too quick to buy a new one. These lip gloss and mascaras shouldn’t be thrown away or disregarded. Until she has used them to the last drop, they can still be used over and over again.
Lip gloss and mascara have a tendency to harden or become clumpy because of continuous use and sometimes cold temperature. At these states, they are difficult to use and do not give the best results. So, what she should do is to gather all her lip gloss and mascara that she’s been disregarding and turn them like brand new- again. (Note: This tip is for lip gloss and mascara that have not expired yet. Any makeup that has reached expiration should be disposed of properly.)
Here’s how:
1. Pour hot water in two different mugs. Bowls or glasses may also be used. In fact, anything that can hold hot water and can allow lip gloss and mascara tubes to stand can be used.
2. Fill the mugs half way. The lip gloss and mascara should be tightly closed.
3. Place the lip gloss tubes in one of the hot water containers. Leave them for 5 minutes.
4. Place mascaras in the other hot water container. Leave them for 8 to 10 minutes.
5. After the suggested time, pat the lip gloss and mascaras dry and they’re good to use.
It’s that fast and simple. By doing this trick she can save more than $50 from buying new ones!
There are a lot of ways to save money on beauty products. All she needs is a little creativity and she’ll make all her makeup last a little longer.
